Founder Share Vesting — Finding the Right Balance is really an article you need to read. Understanding the mechanism of Founder Share Vesting is something that will protect the long-term value of your startup if one of the founders leaves early. It’s not only for your investors but for you as a group of founders as well.
I cannot agree more with the slack turn off experiment, read it and think about it ;)
