Hi,

There are two interesting articles this week about life at the office: The Best Strategies for Picking Your Battles at Work and Everyone hates open offices. (Here’s why they still exist. ) Here are some of the highlights that stood out:

I was surprised to learn that employees in the United States spend an estimated 2.8 hours each week dealing with conflict at work, adding up to more than $350 billion in lost productivity each year.

Also as for open offices turns out employees don’t like them. Research proves they’re ineffective and still we keep them, want to know why ?

Really worth the read.

A heated debate about VC money is ongoing, should you take some and if yes how deep you should dive into the money pool? For more about this, read : The Warning Label That Should Come With Venture Capital.

We had several articles about product market fit, here is what next: Where to Go After Product-Market Fit: An Interview with Marc Andreessen.

No need to present Marc Andreessen I guess ;)

Enjoy your week.
